Before becoming president director of Eldridge Consulting, Herry was previously director and actuarial practice leader at one of the largest actuarial consulting firms in Jakarta.
For more than 20 years, Herry has been active in the areas of retirement services and actuarial and employee benefits consulting. Numerous clients that are state-owned, private, and multinational companies have retained his services for major assignments. His experience includes actuarial calculations, employee benefits design, retirement funding, pension fund investment, plan administration, plan conversion, and risk management.
Herry has attended numerous technical and managerial training sessions in employee benefits consulting and investment around the world. He has been a speaker at actuarial and employee benefit seminars held by the Indonesian Association of Pension Fund (ADPI) and other professional associations.
