Covera Health (Covera) developed a methodology to calculate the difference in total medical and pharmacy costs occurring after specific radiologic imaging for providers on a roster of radiology Centers of Excellence (CoE), compared with providers not on the list. Covera commissioned Milliman to conduct a review of this methodology to determine its appropriateness. The report:
