Noriyuki Kogo joined Milliman in November 2009. He consults primarily on non-life and medical insurance issues for a range of clients, including non-life companies, life companies, and small amount and short-term insurance companies.
Experience
Noriyuki Kogo’s primary areas of experience include:
- Loss reserve reviews, Solvency II risk amount calculations, and financial closing work for non-life companies
- Support for the establishment of small amount and short-term insurance companies, and product development and financial closing support for these organizations
- Solvency II risk amount calculations and US GAAP financial closing work for life companies
- Product development, morbidity risk analysis, and marketing research in the medical insurance area
Prior to joining Milliman, he worked in the actuarial department of American Home Insurance Company, where he supported medical insurance product development and work of the appointed actuary.
