Zach has provided actuarial support for state Medicaid agencies, commercial and Medicaid health plans, and self-funded groups. He has worked in areas including:

• Benchmarking of experience
• Fee schedule analysis and repricing
• Small employer actuarial certification
• MEWA actuarial certification
• Research studies using large public data sources

He has been involved with provider payment reform and value-based reimbursement, working on behalf of private payers, state governments, ACOs, and other provider organizations. He has recently assisted provider organizations in navigating the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
