He is an expert in Medicare claims data and has worked extensively with clients participating in Medicare's Bundled Payments for Care Improvement, Pioneer ACO, Next Generation ACO, Shared Savings Program (MSSP), Direct Contracting, and ACO REACH programs.

In addition, Jonah provides clients the tools and expertise needed to leverage data in their decision-making processes. Jonah has played a key role in the development of a number of Milliman products, including the Bundled Payment Reporting Interface, ACO Insight, and ACO Builder.
