Takahiro Kinoshita
Takahiro Kinoshita is a principal and senior consultant with the Tokyo office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2010, and focuses on financial reporting and risk management-related areas.
Experience
Since joining Milliman, he has been engaged in embedded value reporting, economic capital modeling, actuarial projection modelling, actuarial system development, and process restructuring. He has also been involved in M&A and various research projects.
Before joining Milliman, he spent 15 years with Dai-ichi Life, where he gained experience in actuarial projection and group insurance. Including two years at New York, he was involved in international discussions on IFRS and IAIS’s regulatory standards.
He is a member of Insurance Regulatory Working Group at the Institute of Actuaries of Japan. He made a presentation at the Open Discussion Forum in December 2011 on Liquidity Premium in the Valuation of Insurance Liabilities.
